Real, fresh food is our mission at Blue Duck Deli. We aim to utilize as many sustainable and locally sourced ingredients as we can to create savory sandwiches, succulent salads, and so much more. Sustainability is something we strive for and we prioritize partnering with local farms to bring our guests some of the Northeasts’ finest proteins and produce.
Currently we are open Thursday - Sunday for lunch! Stop by between 11 and 3 for a sandwich, soup, or salad, always freshly made by our chefs! Keep an eye out for our Chefs Tasting Experience coming soon on Saturday nights!

Blue Duck Deli was founded by Chef Craig alongside his partner and co-owner Bex in 2022 Both having spent a decade working in hospitality at sea, they were ready to lay down roots and set off on a new adventure, creating a fresh, fun, unique take on your typical deli! Chef Craig started his culinary journey in 2006, and worked his way up the ranks in some of Philadelphias and NYCs finest establishments. Eager for new challenges he set his sights on the high seas and became a sought after chef in the super yacht industry. Whilst traveling the world, he was able to express his creativity through unique ingredients paired with artistic plating, and thrived with the challenges being a chef at sea can provide. Bex cultivated her hospitality experience on a different path, starting in 2008 when she became a dive instructor working throughout the Caribbean. After developing a passion for sailing she earned her captains license and became a charter captain on sailing catamarans in the British Virgin Islands, later relocating to Fiji where she provided her guests with unique, immersive, adventurous vacations. Seeking new challenges, she entered the super yacht industry as an engineer where she ended up on the same yacht as Chef Craig. It was here the dream to start their own restaurant together blossomed. With Chef Craigs' immense culinary passion and Bexs' love for hospitality, Blue Duck Deli is a place where we can share good food and good times!
